Shipping and Handling Costs:
Orders totaling $  0.01 - $20.00 = $ 5.99
Orders totaling $20.01 - $45.00 = $ 7.99
Orders totaling $45.01 - $65.00 = $ 9.99
Orders totaling $65.01 - $90.00 = $11.99
Orders totaling $90.00 and up   = $13.99

Shipping: We ship packages via the USPS First Class Mail, which offers 2-3 day delivery to most domestic locations. We will ship orders within 3 days of receipt; we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Look out for our periodic free shipping offers!

Please contact us for international shipping rates, which will be determined according to the actual cost of shipping. We are not responsible for any custom duties that you may incur. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International with an estimated transit time of 6 - 10 days. A faster service is available (Global Priority Mail or Airmail Parcel Post) at a higher cost. Contact us for an estimate.

Gift Wrapping:  We offer an option of having your craft kit gift wrapped in recycled wrapping paper topped with a 100% recyclable raffia bow.  Simply select this as an option from the drop-down menu and add to cart.

Sales Tax:  If you are a resident of Washington State, as of July 2008 you will be charged a Destination-based Sales Tax, which is calculated based on where your order will be delivered. At checkout, you will be charged a standard 9.00% which will be adjusted as necessary before your order ships.  Hopefully PayPal will be able to accurately calculate destination-based sales tax in the near future.

Payment: The information you provide for each transaction is protected by Paypal, which offers secure online payment. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card. We use the information you give us for transaction purposes only.

If you wish to pay by check or money order please contact us directly with your order at sales@kitandcaboodledesigns.com. Please note that with personal check payments we must wait 2 weeks for the check to clear before shipping your order.

We will accept the return of all merchandise for a full refund less original shipping costs within the first 30 days after purchase. The item must be in its original sale condition. You must contact us prior to mailing your return, but we will gladly refund your money if you are not entirely satisfied.

We will accept the exchange of all merchandise for other merchandise or store credit of the original price less shipping costs (good for another 6 months) within the first 6 months after purchase. The item(s) must be in original sale condition. You must contact us prior to making the return, but we are happy to exchange anything except sale items.

We recommend that you insure your package if you are returning it to us, as we are not responsible for loss or damage to the package in transit.
